MoneyWorks Procedures Wiki

Although MoneyWorks as a whole is documented extensively in this manual, the routines and procedures for how your business utilise MoneyWorks are not. The MoneyWorks Procedures Wiki, available in Gold/Datacentre, provides a central repository of documentation about your business and operations.

You are probably already familiar with the term wiki from wikipedia:

A wiki is a form of hypertext publication on the internet which is collaboratively edited and managed by its audience directly through a web browser. A typical wiki contains multiple pages that can either be edited by the public or limited to use within an organization for maintaining its internal knowledge base.

The MoneyWorks Procedures Wiki allows authorised users to view and edit your organisation's knowledge base. Authorised users edit existing pages or create new pages. Each page can be formatted with text, lists, colours and images, and can link to other pages in the Wiki (or to websites).

The wiki is only accessible from within MoneyWorks and cannot be accessed through a browser (the Print button will actually display the current page in your default browser so you can print it or keep it open outside of MoneyWorks, but the links are disabled and you will not be able to edit it).
