We do not require our users to enter into a prepaid support contract, but instead offer pay-as-you-need it phone support in a number of countries.
For telephone support in New Zealand, call 0900-55-444 during normal working hours (8:30am - 5:00pm weekdays). Calls cost $2.99 + GST per minute on a landline (calls from mobile phones may incur additional carrier charges).
For telephone support in Australia, call 1-800-140-859. Available 7am-3pm EST. Calls cost $2.99 (+ GST) per minute (or part thereof), with a minimum charge of $12.00. Please have your registration number and Visa or Mastercard details available when you call. No charges will appear on your phone bill.
