Writing off a job

There will be occasions when work has been done on a job, and all or part of the job cannot be invoiced. To write off job sheet items concerning a job:

  1. Highlight the job items to write off in the job sheet list

Only those job sheet items that you want to write off should be selected.

  1. Either: choose Edit>Delete Job Sheet Items

The highlighted items will be deleted. This leaves no record of them.

or: Choose Command>Move to Processed without Billing (or press Ctrl-K/⌘-K)

The highlighted items will be moved from Pending to Processed. This allows you to mark items as being processed without raising an invoice.
