Output to Excel, Word and Numbers

Most printouts (except custom forms, which are graphical) can be sent directly to Microsoft Excel or Word, or on Mac, to Numbers.

  1. Set the Output to pop-up menu to either Excel or Word
  1. Click the To Excel (or To Word) button

The output will appear in Excel or Word—if the application is not running, it will be launched. Clearly you must own Excel or Word for this to work.
