E-SDC differs from V-SDC in that the fiscalisation is done on a device located on your premises, and not over the internet to central server. Whenever you start MoneyWorks and fiscalise a transaction, you will need to enter the E-SDC devices PIN number:
MoneyWorks will also check the device's status at this point and if there are potential issues will display a warning:
If an audit is required and there is a valid email address in the E-SDC settings, and warning email will be prepared.
