Ferret require sample PDFs for each supplier/customer. This is so they can set up the scanning rules for that particular layout. They will ask you to forward sample from each supplier/customer (these will be ones that you have received previously).
The sample invoice is "dissected" into its component parts, providing a template for future invoices received from the same supplier.
