DisplayStickyNote (winRef, tableName, seqNum)

Definition:  Displays the sticky note(s) belonging to the record in tableName having the given sequence number. E.g. DisplayStickyNote(ref, "Name", 27) displays any notes for Name record with sequence number 27.

Availability:  available within MWScript handlers.
