Documentation
MoneyWorks comes with excellent, comprehensive documentation. The manual and tutorial are readily accessible from the Help panel in the MoneyWorks Navigator, or from the MoneyWorks Help menu.
Phone Support
We do not require our users to enter into a prepaid support contract, but instead offer pay-as-you-need it phone support in a number of countries.
New Zealand
For telephone support in New Zealand, call 09-486-0282 during normal working hours (9:00am - 5:00pm weekdays). Calls cost $NZ2.99 + GST per minute. You will need to supply your Support-ID and PIN when you call, or, if that is not available, your MoneyWorks Serial number and Visa/Mastercard details (in the latter case, there is a minimum charge of $12.00).
Australia
For telephone support in Australia, call 1-800-140-859. Available 7am-3pm EST. Calls cost $AU2.99 (+ GST) per minute (or part thereof). You will need to supply your Support-ID and PIN when you call, or, if that is not available, your MoneyWorks Serial number and Visa/Mastercard details (in the latter case, there is a minimum charge of $12.00).
