Can't use custom report to print receipt

A new client computer was recently attached to our Moneyworks datacentre, and is working fine except for one issue. This particular machine is unable to use custom report forms to print receipts etc. from the receipt window. We can achieve this by highlighting the receipt in the list of transactions and then selecting the format from the "Reports" menu. The custom forms are available there, as they have correctly downloaded from the server, and are found in the following folder:

C:\Users\Staff\AppData\Roaming\Cognito\MoneyWorks Gold\CS Main Datacentre\MoneyWorks Custom Plug-Ins

Can anybody suggest a fix for this?
