Is there a way to attach images, or other document (like Word documents) to customer contacts?

I know that no one has written to this in a while, but I am also interested in knowing if you can attach documents (pdf,word,xls) to a file in the system (ie. Bank Statement to bank account).

No. :( You can add images to Items & images, pdfs etc to Transactions. :) Not to Names records or Accounts.

To add reference or extraneous info to a Names record, you can use the Comments field (255 chars) or multiple sticky notes. If the info was reference related, you can set the note to appear when selling or buying (e.g. creating invoices. payments and/or receipts). 8)
