Renewing a Charged Service

Services that are charged for by Cognito will automatically renew after the allotted time (the renew date is shown for charged services).

On the renewal date, your lodged credit card will be billed the service fee, and a receipt emailed.

You need to disable the service (or delete the lodged credit card) before the renewal date to stop the service being renewed and charged for.
