Also, the page number calculation must have the "Always Calculate" checkbox checked to make the proper page number show on each sheet. Now if there was a way to make it calculate something like "Page 1 of 5" when there are five pages....that would be great!

Just for others reference in the future, this was a newly problem. While in the Form Designer window, go to Edit>Forms Designer>Attributes and make sure all visibility options are unchecked. Now all graphics appear on all pages.

Custom Form Graphics disappear

Why do some of my custom form graphic elements (filled boxes and box outlines) disappear when the form page is more than 1 page in length?

Also, why does the "Page" field not display the correct page number? It displays "1" on all pages of the form.
