With the increase in the use of different email addresses for invoices, statements & shiping information, it would be great if we could have some more predefined fields for this sort of contact information. For instance to email statements to all customers we need to ensure that the accounts type person is always contact person 1 or 2. and that needs to be communicated to all staff manually. ie we should be able to have a document field label for contact person 1/2 or better a number of email address to define for these sort of auto dispatch infomation rolls.
Having some more delivery addresses saved for a customer would be handy also.

I agree, having only 2 contacts is very limiting – expanding this would add a great deal of flexibility. Even MYOB has more flexibility here.

You could use the Head Office billing feature to create multiple contacts that are linked.

The "Head Office" feature is great and I use it quite a bit but when you have more than two contacts at one branch it gets a bit messy and it seems a shame to waste all that "contact card' real estate. Like the multiple pricing feature in Items, it would be nice to be simply able to add a couple of contacts.

I agree that we need more contacts particularly with all the emailing of invoices/statements. Frequently there is already a Head Office situation and those contacts are already in use.
