HST reports

I bought money works express for my small business so that it would make life easier especially for paying quarterly hst payments. So far I’ve been disappointed. I bought the software after the first quarter was over. I inputted all our expenses and sales invoices for the year starting in January till June. When I go to run hst reports on the report it states”Payments received for the 3 month period ending 2015-06-30 (invoice basis, cycle 1)" and lists the invoices. And also “Payments made for 3 months period ending 2015-06-30(cycle 1)” and lists the expenses. The problem is that I want to see the hst report ONLY for the SECOND quarter, but this includes all the invoices and expenses from the start of the year. When I googled to find a solution, I found that maybe I didn’t finalize the first quarter and that’s why it’ s including that. But this is the only report that pops up if I finalize this report I will finalize the first quarter including the second one. I can’t view the report for ONLY the first quarter to finalize just that.
I thought this would be as easy as show the report for first quarter, or second quarter. Please help!

What is the date in your "next cycle ends on" field in your Document preferences? How did you set up your HST at the beginning? If you have entered data from January you do need to tell MoneyWorks what to do with that data regards HST reporting, so you would need to run and finalise the report for the first quarter even if you had already sent off your HST report by some other method.
