Special New Zealand Features Include:

GST Support: MoneyWorks comes with New Zealand GST built right in. Indeed, unlike its competitors, MoneyWorks was designed specifically for a GST environment. If you're wondering why your accounting system makes GST so hard, it's probably because it was developed in New Jersey.

GST Guide: MoneyWorks automatically collates the GST data into an easy to understand GST Guide, thus streamlining the whole process. And should you ever be audited by the IRD, MoneyWorks maintains complete audit trails that will make the process much easier and quicker.

Direct Credit Support: With MoneyWorks you can create payment files for the main New Zealand banks, then easily upload these to your bank for activating direct payments (special bank software may be required).

Bank Statement Importing: MoneyWorks provides support for the main formats used by NZ banks when you download your bank statement. You can thus easily load your bank statement regularly into MoneyWorks if you wish, and even have MoneyWorks auto-code the transactions.

NZ customised forms: MoneyWorks produces invoices, cheques, statements etc that follow Australian guidelines (and with the Forms designer that is included with Express and Gold, you can modify these, or create your own). If special printing stationery is desired, this can be purchased separately from Forms Express.

Support Services in New Zealand

Although MoneyWorks was designed as a low support system, it is possible that you may need help at some point as you use it. Because we believe that you should not have to prepay for your support, we do not offer a monthly support plan, but rather you will pay for just the support that you need.

Phone support is available during normal working hours using our 0900 service. This is ideal for getting answers to those quick questions like "I've mucked up this invoice payment, how do I fix it?", or "I've forgotten how to age my debtors". The service is charged at just $1.99 plus GST per minute, so you just pay for the support that you need.

For more intensive support or on-site training, you can tap into the nationwide netowrk of experienced MoneyWorks consultants. These can come to your premises and provide on-the-spot implementation, training or other help. Prices vary by consultant, and some of these even have monthly support packages available should you want more comprehensive support.
